The user registers the service order directly online through the web site of the Company, which makes easier and quick taking large number of orders at one and the same time. This facilitates both the end client and the service company itself. The system administrator takes the order and forward it to the closest technician. EuSystem provides detailed follow up of the reservations status, as well as follow up of the working process from the moment of taking the order from the technician until the completion of the work on the respective order.
